Ok, when it slows down please check CPU and RAM usage in Task manager, performance tab, if there high, Post a SS of performance tab & processes tab (highest used).

If there ok, on the bottom of the "performance" tab, click "open resource monitor" and check the "Disk" usage and post a SS of the highest used processes.

Yup, what he said. I didn't see anything unusual in your screenshots, but if the issue isn't happening then it's harder to track down. Like i2 said, when it happens again, follow those instructions and we may be able to track down what's doing it.
