Norton Personal Firewall 2005 wont let me connect to IE

hi , i just installed Norton Personal Firewall 2005 and when i enable it the internet explorer says The Page Cannot Be Displayed and when i disable Norton Firewall the IE works how can i make this work because i obviously want my Firewall on and i want Internet Explorer running aswell but it wont let me, do i need to configure something if so what do i do... Thanks
