Norton performance alert?

Just recently a box has been popping up advising me of memory usage and the message Norton Performance Alert. Never had this before. Is it something I should worry about? A little advice please

That means that there are processes using up almost all of your system resources. That is not a good thing. I dont trust norton as they are notorious for being the main culprit for such problems. I would worry as that means you could start to have your PC slow down and freeze up due to lack of resources.
