Norton Internet Security

I am having a problem with the Norton Antispam Definitions Update for the above product. I run through the LiveUpdate then give a message "LU1845: This product prevented LiveUpdate from updating it. Check your suscription status for this product"

My actual subscription status shows my renewal date as 10th Jan 2005.

I've followed all the advice on the Norton / Symantec site with no success.

You have firewall running ? if so try turning it off during update.

Thanks for response, just given it a try, no success

Noticed it gives error when loading bar is about 3/4 of way across after "click next to see available updates"
