Default Norton Internet Security

I have norton internet security 2005 and there is this message saying rules automatically created for microsoft printer spooling service and it wont stop. i have tried removing it from the list, maually configuring to allow that didnt work and then i tried to block it. nothing has worked

Could it just be a compatibility issue with Norton and MCE. I had a couple of problems with Internet Securties 05 with my pro. Made sure all drivers were current, did live update. It was after i did my chipset update that it worker itself out. I think it might just be something with MCE and Norton.
