SysPrep is not a disk. It is a tool used to make a install of XP. It is all explained in that article. Not much else i can say.

You have to create the image yourself with the SysPrep tool. It does not come presetup. Since each setup is different.

it's to my understanding that you can do what you are trying to do with ghost. I don't know about that old version but newer version do. they have something in then that stop those hal.dll issues.
