Default Normaliz.dll not found / XP crashing

So I deleted some stuff I shouldnt have. But to make a long story short. I installed XP on top of my old messed up XP. So now I have a few questions I would like answers to. Here goes.

1) My old folders with all my games, applications ( like word and so on ) and folders with all my pics and movies on them are still on my hd, but I cant get to them. How do I get them back?

2) I am trying to download all my old drivers again. Right now I have them all sorted out except for my soundcard driver. My soundcard was built into my motherboard ( I have a BFG Tech nForce 4 Ultra Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard) and there is no sound. I tried to install a driver for my mobo and it said it couldnt install because my chipsets were not enabled.

This is all greek to me...heh, can i get a hand?
