My computer makes a really loud noise whenever i turn it on, it lasts for about 10 seconds from when i push the power button. Its been making this noise for about a few weeks ever since I put in my Radeon 9800 Pro. It sounds like a vent with alot of air comming out of it. Please help so i dont blow off my hand trying to find out whats wrong.
