no print dialog box

i unchecked in misconfig lexstart and lxsupmon from my startup and now when i print i do not get the window that allows me to select any options. like only selected items, how many copies, etc. what exactly is this program called that gives these options. and how do i get it back? normally when i uncheck items in misconfig they do not disappear. but these two items did.
help!!!!
