no Graphics Controller

hi everybody,

would it be okay for me to uninstall Intel Graphics Controller ? can i be without a graphics controller ?

IGC was not working right for me, keeps reverting to the 1024 x 768 resolution,

if you uninstall you will be reverted to Plug and Play .. i dont see the idea in doing this but you kno

the graphics controller is only doing me wrong and i want to uninstall it,

i want to stay at 800 x 600, there should be no problem with my system be able to do that, my resolution problems only started about a month ago and i have had my pc and monitor for about 2 years now,

when i uninstall the graphics controller, i keep getting a prompt at startup, asking if i want to install the graphics controller plug and play device, how do i stop this ??
