Default No fuss Linux gaming box?

Hey all, well im thinking of taking another foray into the world of Linux again. I've gotten considerably lazier since last time I installed mandrake though, and this is what im looking for:

1. Easy, seamless install, properly install all drivers, especially NVIDIA and sets up OpenGL, etc. So that gaming works without any extra configuration.

2.Looks are important, im big into the form and theme factor, but i dont like the trouble it takes to install complicated themes and transparency, so i'd like this to be pre-packaged.

3.Linux ;-)

Is this possible? If so, what distro could someone recommend?
