I recently upgraded (not clean install) from Windows 7 Professional 64-bit to Windows 8 Pro. I cannot see the cursor on the Start screen. When I do click on a tile, the screen reverts to my Win 7 home screen, minus the Start Orb.
The keyboard didn't work with 8, so I bought a new one, that included a mouse, so the mouse does not appear to be the problem.
Should I do a clean install of 8? I don't wan to go through that hassle and end up with the same problem.
