No Boot-Up!

Hey guys,

First of all this is my friends problem. My friend recently got PC and he has many Hard Drives (Not in Raid), he installed Partition Magic and changed the HD name to something he wanted. When he tried to boot up he got this error , "NTLDR is missing" and ctrl+alt+del to restart...

What does this error mean, and how can it be solved?

Bootloader is damaged... Run the repair console and type fixmbr.

What bootloader and how do you type in BIOS?!

put your windows cd into your CDrom reboot, choose boot from CD, click R for recovery console, at the command prompt type "fixmbr"
