Default Newer operating system

I have a win98 SE operating system and I would like to update it to something newer. Where can I get one dirt cheap?

TIA

yeah, it's just not retail, that means it doesn't come in a fancy box and detailed intructions, which you prolly won't need anyway, the OEM comes with what you need, a full working copy of an OS and a CDKEY/Activation Key and simple instructions.

OEM=original equiptment manufacturer
