Newbee with big probs!!

hi all..im new to your BB and come with greetings and a prob!lol..
very recently,i discovered i cant upload pics to my regular BB,msn group,etc.etc..it attempts to do this and fails..
i have re0installed my AOL network adapter,norton firewalls,reset web settings and just about every things i can think of..im really desperate and stumped..can anyone help me???im also still learning so go easy lol...please please can some one help

Does your internet work? What OS are you using? Is it only pics that won't upload or files in general? Have you tried www.dslreports.com to check your speeds? This is good to see what your uplaod bandwidth actually is. if it's 0 then you know you have a problem.

im getting a connection no probs..im using dial up with this..
im also on XP home...pics seems to be the only media that wont respond as far as i can tell...but this is driving me mad!!!!
im thinking its a registry prob but i stay away from it as im too novive to know where to look..??is it a permissions issue??MSN messenger will send pics over connection just not anybody else...
