I am a new tech for a company and will be working desktop support and networking and have never ever done it in my life!

I have started and the training is catchus catchyoucan.

Can ANYONE suggest website tutorials or books for the most basic step by step for 1st timer like myself???

Does this place you work have a Knowledge Base? I suggest learning that before you learn new fixes and tricks.
