Default New Digital Persona on Vista

I have a Microsoft Keyboard with FingerPrint Reader and I downloaded the Vista 32bit Digital Persona password manager. I install it and then restarted the computer and when I log into my Vista account instead of the registration window I get this error:

User Properties

Error Invalid class string.

Suspect installation problem.

I repair installed and after that completely un installed and the re-installed but neither worked I still get this error. Also if I go into the properties window there is just a blank form. What can I do to fix this as I need this fingerprint reader to work?

Have you tried logging in with a usual keyboard, I think you might not have installed drivers correctly.

I can log in fine with the keyboard and the fingerprint reader is actually turned on. I told you I un installed the software and installed it again several times now but it still does not work.

The registration wizard does not start, the error above comes up instead. Also the properties form is blank
