never ending file link

this is a little hard to explain and im not sure what this is classified as. long story short my mom installed espsion smart panel (needed to use printer) and some how did it three times. so when u click on the folder smart panel, you can then go to another folder which leads to program files, then to smart panel and continues like this until the pathway is too long (about 7 times) now i can't just delete the one folder as it says some is write protected (like the windows folder). i've managed to get rid of most of the other files, but i'd like the entire folder gone so i can reinstall it (plus its taking up space). any ideas??!

try it in safe mode or try uninstalling it and reinstalling it one time only

try downloading unlocker, it unlocks/ends programs and apps and lets you delete
