Can someone tell me the exact path to do the following "Never check for drivers when I connect a device in windows 8.1". Charms are disabled and plz use your on words.
Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Hardware tab -> click "Device Installation Settings" -> "No Let me choose what to do" -> choose one of the options that you want -> Save Changes
