Default networking 3 computers

I have 2 computers running Windows XP and one running Windows Me...I want to network all 3 together to share files and a printer. All are online now through a Linksys router on Verizon Broadband, but i cant share anything. I was wondering, how i would go about doing this?

Easy way is to run the network setup wizard on all 3 making sure u pick the same workgroup name

With all due respect John, I am the head of IT and I have it on good authority. If you type "Google" into Google, you can break the Internet. So please, no one try it, even for a joke.........It's not a laughing matter. You can break the Internet.

Correct. And you need user accounts on each PC with passwords if I am not mistaken.
Change the world. Of one person. Today.

If your equation requires either a complex combination of variables to get the desired result OR you can't seem to get the result regardless of the ain't your variables, it's your constant.

That would be best, that way it makes it a tad bit harder for anyone to access your files on a pc from another one unless they are already logged in as you...
