Network Problem

Windows 2000 Server can connect to Windows XP or Proffessional via the network but it never displays those computer having windows 98 when I right click on connect to other computer.

And, when it is connected to XP it says Win32 Access Denied.

Could anyone help me why it is like this?

im not 100% sure but ill think you will find that, only xp and 2k machines can connect to each other, im assuming this is to do with file system and the different kernel used (i think)
