Network Diver Problem

Hi everyone, need some help with the network driver. I am using Dell XPS/Dimension 400/9150 . I reinstalled windows xp home and installed video, audio and chipset driver without any problem. Found one network driver on dell support page but that driver isn't working. I also went to intels website and tried few drivers but didn't worked for me. I don't have the recovery cd. Don't know what to do. My net isn't working. Can you please help me out. Thanks.

if it a gigabit card, you would have to manually install the chipset first
