Default Network activity monitor

Hey guys i was wondering if there is a way to monitor what is going on on my network, like what computers are using what programs to access the internet. this idea came to me when my sister ,on my network, was able to see when i had limewire open and when i closed it, right on her itunes.

You can use Systernal's TCPView to see all open TCP/UDP sockets. It's not quite as straight forward as you might want, but then you can look up what program typically uses that port and figure it out.

Its a frigging Laptop, not a Labtop!!!!
