netgear router port forwarding!!

hey i just got a new netgear router and i forwarded the port for my FTP and HTTP servers (21, 80). i also am using a dns but wenever i try to visit my site using the dns on LAN it gives me my dsl modempage shown below. however it works fine outside my LAN

Please help.

You might wanna just use a program for the FTP handaling like CuteFTP.

its not really the FTP im having a problem with its just the http server (apache 1.3) keeps bringing me to that page on my LAN using the DNS.
