I run XP Pro, and for a few months now, when I start a new Internet Explorer window, I almost always get prompted for my .NET Passport password. Sometimes it remembers my whole Hotmail address, sometimes it fails to remember the "@.hotmail.com" part, but it almost always asks for the password. I've checked "Remember log and password" (many times
), to no avail.
What gets me is the lack of consistency. Things ought to always work, or else always fail. Problem here is, it almost always fails.
