Net.exe, Net1.exe, Cmd.exe

I've been noticing my Laptop doing VERY slow. While noticing this, I ALWAYS open Task Manager, and I notice the files stated in the Subject topic, and these have never ran before, and the laptop has never ran this slow neither... Do these have any part in the slowing of my computer? I've done some searching on my own, and found these are supposebly OK files...

Well the cmd is the command prompt. Net and NET1 i don't think they are since they don't have any applications they are associated with.

Okay i just check and all of them are associated with the Command prompt. It says DOS which seems odd unless you are using 2000 or 9x on your laptop. Cause XP does have DOS.
