Nero Help

I have installed Nero 7 Ultra on my pc but everytime i start up the program it keeps on giving me an error message and the program keeps closing on me i have installed this same version of nero from the same cd on other computer and it is working very well and anyone give me some knid of hint as to what is going on here.

thats an error fix from my pc for nero 7. its a reg file so add it, reboot and then lanch nero and see what happens
