Hi, I am new to this program and was wondering if someone can help with burning a CD. I am trying to download fedora 5 from the net. Any help is appreciated.

Don't use express, use the original nero burning rom. Click recorder /burn image

select i386

You can choose to download the DVD iso which is FC-5-i386-DVD.iso or the CD iso which are the 5 CD. The rescue cd is optional.

I've never used a burner b4. I am new to it. Can't I burn it straight from the d/l? If so, how please?

I don't think the Nero Express that came with your computer has the feature to burn an image. Since I assume it's free and just has some basic feature on it. Is there a way for you to expand the left panel (there should be an arrow there). If so there should be an option to switch to Nero Burning Rom.
