Post Nero 7 essentials with Multichannel plugin

I have found a plugin pack for nero 7 (multichannel plugin) multichannnel.dll is the file but I can't register it or install it. does anybody know how to do this ? also it will be used for a OEM version of Nero 7 essentials.

I got this OEM CD from
