I searched for answers but got nothing. I have a Toshiba SDR5372 dvd/rw
When it gets to the screen just before its about to burn...It has a write speed selection box of either 2x or 4x....My dvd media is built for 16x and my Toshiba burner can do 16x max, and I know it can do at least 8x because I've used it before at that speed on a different program. Why is it not recognizing my drive's dvd write speed?
edit: Its the same thing for burning a cd-rw. It only gives 4x as an option to burn at
