Need start menu help ASAP

My brother has been bugging me for a long time about this. His start menu is on the left side of the screen. When he clicks it, it pops out horizontolly. I need to get it back to regular lower left for him ASAP. He does not have style xp, or any other aftermarket dwnlds.

Please help anyone. How would one do this?

Left Click on middle of the bar. Where nothing is but the bar, left click and hold and drag it down to the bottom.
Tat should do it. if not, right click and make sure it's not locked, if it is, click the option to lock, which should uncheck it for you.
Then you an move it.

You always have to unlock the taskbar before you can move it, once its unlocked you can drag it to any side of the screen you so wish.
