I am getting ready to build a website for father who is not good with computers at all. He is a writer and we want to build a site with a western theme where he can post new articles and images weekly. I had originally considered just building it with Dreamweaver 2004 and upload it to Freewebs.com. But he wants to be able to do the posting himself and I am not about to go thru the process of trying to teach him that much about computers (god help me).
What would be the best way he could post new material via his computer in Idaho? Remember he's not good w/computers AT ALL! (I live in San Diego, California) I think for now I would just do it for him weekly by him just emailing me the file and I'd update the site.
Is there like some kind of forum that only he can add to that I could put on the site, where he would just put in his password, type in his new material and it would automatically be put up on the site?
I'm still way new to site building and would appreciate some ideas. Thanks.
