Default need some help

hey all....will for a while iv been having problems with my pc ..from constant freezes while playing bf2 and menu stop working while im working in 3d max or maya...
after looking around i thought it might be a driver i cheked and i found alot of out dated drivers, so i updated them but i still have these that i cant find

any i dea where can i find those ?
i also checked my event log and found alot of these ....

what are these?is it normal to have alot of these?could they be cusing my problem?

i also have one more issue ,when i press the sleep button on my keybored or log off, my pc shuts off,any idea why,and how to fix this?

when was the last time you had aclean instal? what is sidebyside? If you go to the power settings in the control panel, you can have it shutdown different ways so check there
