it should be on all others and not mine, some sort of problem there.

It is, maybe there's a new post number requirement. TF staff are still working out bugs.

You didn't qualify to get Rep yet, that is why it wasn't there. You need to have at least 10 posts before the icon will show for you to start getting Rep. Since you now have 12, it is now present.
