Need new antivirus Help!!1

hey,the norton antivirus subscription i had on my pc just expired and too be honest i m quite glad because i didnt quite like it- it was just too annoying! are there any other antivirus softwares out there - or shold i just renew my norton subscription?

Get AVG,Avast or Avira.

AVG is free and one of the best .. I'd recommend it.

What Mak213 said. I personally use Avast Free on two laptops and our second PC and it does very well.

*** Keep in mind when you uninstall Norton it has the notorious reputation of leaving remnants of itself behind. Go to their website and use the special utility they themselves designed to make sure their product is fully removed from your system. Make sure you use the correct tool as per your version.
