need help for xp sp2

Hi,

I tried to install XP service pack 2, but i get a error message stating that the product key used to install Microsoft Windows may not be valid. For more information, please.... Is there a way to change the product key without re-installing Windows? Also does anybody has a valid product key for all the updates? Thank you so much!!!

Sounds like an illegal copy of XP and Windows Udpate will not work with illegal CD Keys.

well, this thread is closed for very obvious reasons and am rather surprised another mod did not get on to this sooner as its been up for over 12 hours.....
