When im messing around, creating music on my computer, the internet explorer keeps popping up for no reason. how do I stop this??

If you have another browser installed make sure it is set as the default browser. Does this only happen when you make music?

I just got this new laptop with Windows 8 on it today. before I even downloaded anything it does this. How do I stop these screens from randomly poping up and stuff? I really dont like windows 8 so far...

What is on the internet explorer webpages that keep being brought up? You should probably uninstall all the manufacture's crapware off that computer if you haven't already. That crapware/adware they load their computers up with is not much different than a normal virus except that they have some sort of license that makes it legal.

It may not be that bad anymore but it was like that last time I bought a pre-built computer.

well now its not going to internet explorer, but the music page instead. every time my mouse is in this one section or something...
