Need Help for Tracing a Spammer
I am really not a tech person and tracing spammer is a bit too hard for me, so I am seeking help here. I appologize to everyone here in case the topic does not fall into this category. Please feel free to delete this post in this case.
I believe I have been receiving spams from the same spammer for the past two months. From his spams, I can see that he is not an English speaker that his English is translated from other language (you can tell that by just looking at the content). Although these is a spam filter, I just can't stand spams, so I have decided to complain to the internet service provider about the spammer. In order to do so, I need to know who I should complain to. Anyway, here is the message I recieve and please help me if you can. Thank you in advance
