Okay i cant find out which one it is i got the screen shot of the image below i need to make it come up. its not shockwave, adobe, nor flash. Which is it

It's probably your Adobe Reader. I went to that link and mine opened perfectly.

From your browser, it looks like its interpereting it as an embedded picture. Go and make sure you have the latest Adobe reader (6.1.1) and try it again.

It also looks like you're running on an old version of Internet Explorer.

If you want to stick with IE, make sure you have it updated to 6.0 SP1.
