Need help locating modem driver

I'm working on an older off-brand laptop here that's missing the modem driver.
The modem is listed as a "VT82C686/A/B, VT8233/A" (VIA).

I've been looking all afternoon and still can't find anything that works. The only thing I've found to match those numbers was on DriverGuide and it installed but then gave a code 10 in device manager.

Well no sooner had I posted this I found it. I found it on ECS' site and although it's listed there as "Agere Systems", it works. Maybe it was being reported incorrectly under Windows. Anyway, here's a link to where I found it in case someone else comes looking:
