need help fixing my pc please help !

hello im new to tech forums but i really need help
i was dowloading something where it said i should do a new SID when i made that i restarted and i get blue screen so now i made a bootable usb with windows 7 ultimate 64bit but when i try to start on the usb it tells me boot error i really dont know what to do i really want to reinstall windows but i dont know how i should do it right now im writing on my labtop but in cant burn to a cd and its running ubuntu so i really need help please help me

You can not run Windows off a pen drive. Doesn't work that way.

Umm...get a windows disk? what type of computer is it? what is the blue screen error code?
