So, my new install of Win10 is bogging down and using 100% of 16Gig of RAM if I do not restart every few days.

Right now it is at 85% but the Process manager doesn't add up.

I also have "System and Compressed Memory" process at 12%. No clue what that is.

Any help finding my memory hog?

You have there two problematical things:
  1. Why is IE usage so high? And turn it to show in MB, not %, then is something to see.
  2. The second is your compressed memory. Why?
Nothing more isn't strange or suspicious.

1.. I was watching twitch or youtube, and Facebook.

2.No clue, or even what it is for.

Found a post that it could be a leaky NIC driver, so I update that. Now I wait and see.

System and compressed memory could be page or superfetch. Those 2 only show 45% of your usage, so the rest could simply be all the other background tasks you have. The next 11 processes make up like 25ish% or so. Closing out of IE will give you back like 1/4 of your RAM and closing out the rest of the little things will also free up that much more.

The leaky NIC driver could be it as I do my work via a Citrix session where I'm uploading pdf files to records.

Right now I'm 17% with FB, TF and Twitch running taking only 9%
