Need a database SQL LOOK IN PLEASE!

Hello,

I have installed a program and it requires a database. Please let me know how I can creat a basic database to run this program off of.

It basically asks me for the:

SQL Server Name
Login ID:
Password:

and the pathname of the configuration file (.ini)

Once this is done I will have to let it find the database. It asks me for the Server Name and Database name.

Whats the program?
If its asking for a SQL database on your machine, you're going to need SQL.
