My dad let me have his old computer and its a Nec reayd 7022 (im not sure on any of the stats, but i know it came with the Nec Multisync Xv 15 monitor and mouse etc). Anyways, so he said it worked all fine although it was awfully slow at loading things (paint, e-mail, programs, etc). So i got it hooked it all up, put the monitor plugin in the right place put the mouse in right etc, now, when i turn the computer on, and the monitor is on, the monitor remains blank and nothing happens, although the computer sounds like its on, everything on the monitor remains blank and nothing comes up. Can anyone help me? I know for a fact i got the computer pluged in the right place.
The only other thing i can say is that the monitor turns on it goes from a green light to a orange light... so thats about it, if you need anything else just ask... This has been btoehring me
