The last few days my tracks will not play. I am fully up to date with my subscription.

When it tries to play the tracks, it says 'aqquiring license' just before giving me the message that the track can't be played.

I contacted Napster, who told me to download some things from www.justforfiles.com which would update my DRM. When I tried to do the 5th step which was to DRM reset auto, that setup file refused to run and I got the error:

-5009 : 0x0040801

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications.

Is anyone familiar with this sort of thing? Napster have now told me to call some premium rate number at Microsoft because they can't help me!
