Angry My comp is screwed up again (WINDOWS BOOT PROBLEMS)

I installed theme xp and some other xp program, both of which have the ability to modify the startup options. The two programs contradicted each other. When I started up when I first had this problem, I had an extremely fast pop-up, and then just had the "loading settings" screen. It does nothing. After that, when I started up and the popup came, I just pressed enter really fast, and then it let me to the logon screen. Once I had logged in with my account as an administrator I uninstalled the theme xp and other program. I then could starup normally except for that I had a popup in the normal (name &pwd) screen saying (ncorrect user name or password" before I even type anything in. This is where I'm at now.

If I try to "Use The Welcome Screen" option, I get the popup like I did when I had to press enter very fast to even enter the login screen.

My questions is. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? CAN I REPLACE THE STARTUP FILES?

thanks alot,
Alistair

put xp cd in
boot ftom it

after you see the inspect hard config

you will f6 for install raid, then f2 for auto system recovery

press f2, when it ask for command prompt start typing anything

then they will give the right commands to type

type the one that means restore missing files
