Music off Ipod to Itunes

Well I reformated my windows xp, now I have all my songs on my Ipod but my songs are off my computer... so how can I take the songs off my ipod and put them into my itunes libary.

a free way

you can put the music back(most people don't know this). go to folder option and check " show hidden folder and file. you can now see the music in your ipod.

it will be stupidly organized and worded, but you can fix that. make you a folder to copy the files to or copy them to itunes music folder. go to itunes preferences and check '' let itunes organize my music". they will put them back in in order by the artist name

Or download idump and transfer the songs that way. Its free and its much easier than sifting through the songs in the hiddend folders.

that is unless you setup your itunes to backup the songs in a specific folder. Then you just drag that hidden folder into itunes and ure done. Thats what happened to me when my harddrive died on me.
