Default

what OS are you wanting to try this on?
With windows, you are out of luck. It's not possible without an emulator. Linux does what you are refering to, but windows doesn't. There is an application used with ATI products for multiple desktops, but it's really poor. The app is Hydravision. It was originally used with Appian graphic cards, but ATI and appian have signed something and now you can get Hydravision with ATI cards. It allows multiple desktops, but they are pretty slow, as windows doesn't handle foreground/background processing very well.
