MSN - Remote Assistance

Hi guys,

I'm using Windows XP professional and so is another user. Through MSN messenger we are trying to use the Remote Assistance Feature so I can connect to the other computer.
In my control panel, in the windows firewall icon, in the exceptions tab I have Remote assistance enabled. It's also enabled. Also in the Systems Icon in the Remote Tab, I have the boxes checked.
I can't connect...Is there something else we need to do?

Another quick way to stat RA is to click on an icon one time and hit the F1 key

While in the msn chat window, I click Activities and then Remote Assistance....It says that it's connecting, and then it fails to connect.
What should I do?

Are you using 7.5?

make sure ur friend has Remote Asst enabled

we're both using 7.0, and yes my friend has remote assistance enabled...
