Default MSN Messenger Problem!

I've got a problem with msn messenger, please help. Everytime I log in or anyone else in my family. It freezes(msn), about 5 seconds later. So you can't even do anything. So I gotta do a ctrl-alt-del, just to exit. Ive run spyware searches. Please help.
Chris

Try uninstalling MSN, deleting it from your program files, and deleting it from the registry (make sure you make a backup first if you don't know what you doing), then install the latest MSN.
